Third municipal teams training as part of the project „Subcarpathian Culture without barriers”
On August 10–11, 2023, Urban Lab Rzeszów hosted the third training of municipal teams within the framework of the „Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers” project, which we are organizing in cooperation with our Norwegian partner Norsensus Mediaforum.
The workshop was conducted jointly by:
Tomasz Leniowski, President of the Board of Directors of IPMA Poland and Member of the Board of Directors of pm2pm sp. z o.o., has 20 years of experience in creating and managing organizational, investment, consulting, and training projects.
Ewa Bednarczyk is an expert in the area of sustainable project management, with 13 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in project management.
Ilona Dusza-Rzeszowska is the culture and science manager, head of the cooperation and development team at the Podkarpackie Łukasiewicz Science Center at the Provincial House of Culture in Rzeszów, and president of the Rzeszów Foundation and the Rzeszów Company.
Ewelina Jurasz is director of the Office of Art Exhibitions in Krosno and a lecturer in cultural management at the Institute of History at the University of Rzeszów.
The result of the third workshop is that the participants understood the importance of strategic planning in the municipality of the event and cultural attraction. The workshop helped strengthen the skills of analyzing situations and determining goals and priorities. During the workshop, action plans and methods of strategy implementation were also developed. This was an extremely important training that allowed the participants to understand a sustainable approach to managing an event or cultural attraction.

The project called „Subcarpathian Culture without barriers” benefits from a grant of EUR 313,842.82 received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA and Norwegian funds. The total value of the project including own contribution is PLN 1,685,963.64.
