On August 10–11, 2023, Urban Lab Rzeszów hosted the third training of municipal teams within the framework of the "Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers" project, which we are organizing in cooperation with our Norwegian partner Norsensus Mediaforum.

On July 13 - 14, 2023, the second training of municipal teams took place at Urban Lab in Rzeszów. The workshop was co-led by Tomasz Lesniowski and Ewa Bednarczyk.

On July 3-4, 2023, the first trainings of municipal teams took place. Municipalities participating: Czarna, Kołaczyce, Narol, Niwiska, Świlcza.

On Saturday, July 1, the Polish-Norwegian Festival of Cultural Creators took place at the Multimedia Fountain in Rzeszów, with artists from Poland and Norway presenting their art.

The Festival of Cultural Creators is the opening event of the "Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers" project aimed at residents of the region, where artists from Poland and Norway will present their work.

Out of 15 municipalities, 5 were selected that met the requirements of the accepted criteria for participation in the project. As early as July 3, work on building a strategy in the area of culture will begin with 5 teams

The first stage of recruiting municipalities for the "Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers" project has ended. The next step will be to establish cooperation with the 5 municipalities that meet the objectives of the project and score the most points.

The project aims to support and develop entrepreneurship of local creators, artists, cultural heritage institutions and cultural centers from 5 Subcarpathian municipalities.
